Long waves in a keyhole is a mini album composed in two time lapses. The first draft and structure was made out of the studio, on a laptop, while travelling down under with family for six months. It is in the studio, back in Montreal, that the the tracks have been honed on synth and pedals, looking for organic sonorities. Each tracks refers to a particular moment and place, and humbly tries to embodies these small but rich events. While associating tracks to places, I like to think of this album as a universe in a nutshell, or some Long waves in a keyhole.
